Descrizione Impiego:
La ricerca è volta ad un diplomato/laureato da inserire nel Dipartimento Process Equipement & Machinery.
Al Machinery Engineer verranno assegnate una o più commesse esecutive e rientreranno nei propri compiti:
- Acquisire i contenuti del Contratto e degli Allegati Tecnici applicabili evidenziando laddove presenti le eventuali incongruenze
- Garantire la qualità della progettazione, in conformità agli Standards Contrattuali e alle procedure aziendali; avere una buona conoscenza delle normative di progettazione e costruzione delle macchine rotanti e delle principali problematiche correlate quali : conoscenza designazione materiali, interpretazione delle specifiche tecniche del cliente e conseguente preparazione della necessaria documentazione per richiesta di offerta ai costruttori interessati e conseguente valutazione tecnica
- Interagire propriamente con gli altri Servizi Tecnici Aziendali per verificare l’appropriato flusso delle informazioni necessarie a un corretto sviluppo dell’ingegneria
- Redigere le “Material Requisitions”, e relativi allegati, inerenti sia l’esecuzione dell’ingegneria esterna che dei materiali da acquistare, supportando l’Ufficio Acquisti durante la fase d’acquisizione
- Eseguire le attività di parere tecnico e di follow-up dei Fornitori
Competenze ed esperienze richieste:
Ingegnere meccanico (Laurea 2° liv. o 5 anni con votazione non inferiore a 99/110) con esperienza minima di 5 anni, maturata in Società di Engineering e Contracting. e/o di costruttori di macchine rotanti. In alternativa Diplomato con esperienza minima di 15 anni, maturata in Società di Engineering e Contracting. e/o di costruttori di macchine rotanti
- Conoscenza caratteristiche costruttive e funzionali, Normative e Standards Internazionali inerenti pompe, compressori, turbine a gas e a vapore per raffinerie, impianti chimici e petrolchimici
- Padronanza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta
- Ottima conoscenza Pacchetto Office (Excel ,Word)
- Disponibilità missioni/trasferte, sia in Italia che all’estero
- Età massima 40 anni
L’attività prevede la collaborazione in gruppi polidisciplinari di specialisti, assicurando, per le parti di competenza, la qualità, la consistenza e la tempestività delle attività di ingegneria prodotte internamente e/o da Società di Ingegneria

Al Pressure Vessel Mechanical Engineer verranno assegnate una o più commesse esecutive e rientreranno nei propri compiti:
- Acquisire i contenuti del Contratto e degli Allegati Tecnici applicabili evidenziando laddove presenti le eventuali incongruenze
- Garantire la qualità della progettazione, in conformità agli Standards Contrattuali e alle procedure aziendali; avere una buona conoscenza dei codici/std. di calcolo delle apparecchiature a pressione (vessels, colonne, scambiatori) e delle principali problematiche correlate quali : conoscenza designazione materiali, interpretazione delle specifiche tecniche del cliente e conseguente preparazione della necessaria documentazione per richiesta di offerta ai costruttori interessati e conseguente valutazione tecnica

Overview of opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Scheduler Specialist to work at our client’s site in domestic market and abroad if requested.
Department : PLANNING & SCHEDULING
Report to : PROJECT MANAGER
Purpose : To monitor, supervise and administer the activities associated with the preparation and construction in Turn Around projects according to the master plan schedule and Contractor procedures and to the highest HSE standard
Accountabilities and Responsabilities
Knowledge of the following topics: types of bond, float, critical and subcritical path, lag between two subsequent activities, type of activities (tasks, milestones), constraints (imposed dates) (change float with constraints), manpower and manhours (charts and calculation methods)
Ability to check on site progress and to transfer it to the work program
Sequence of standard maintenance activities for main equipment and piping
Estimate of duration and assignment of the resources (efficiencies) for prefabrication and erection, taking into account the time for: welding, assembly, non-destructive testing, heat treatment (for different types of materials), assembly difficulties
Optimizing resources through levelling in accordance with priority
Development of construction schedule starting from detailed engineering documentation
Work under close supervision with work effort frequently checked during progress and reviewed upon completion
Monitor the quality and progress of the work scope and adherence to company and contractor procedures.
Ensuring that the activities are carried out to the schedule and highest HSE standards.
Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed.
Providing daily progress reports to project manager
Main Interfaces:
Internal : Company Internal interfaces will be with project manager, construction manager, technical manager and technical internal departments
External Contractors, Specialist vendors, suppliers. Regulatory authorities
Required Competencies:
Degree or any related engineering technology
Use of Primavera (P6) and Project software. Ability to extract both the programmed and progress curves (early, late, and forecasts)
Excellent English skills both written and spoken (additional language is an advantage)
The ability to lead, work with and coach local and International staff.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Estimate of duration and assignment of the resources (efficiencies) for prefabrication and erection, taking into account the time for: welding, assembly, non-destructive testing, heat treatment (for different types of materials), assembly difficulties
Knowledge of statutory inspections
Processing of job cards, cost estimate, work contracts
Lifting and road system plans
Work under close supervision with work effort frequently checked during progress and reviewed upon completion
Monitoring and supervising the fabrication activities to carry out form enginering detailed.
Monitor the quality and progress of the work scope and adherence to company and contractor procedures.
Ensuring that the activities are carried out to the schedule and highest HSE standards.
Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed.
Co-coordinating closely with all interfaces associated with the rest of works .
Demonstrate a positive and pro-active commitment to HSE through the personal application of safety critical behaviors
Main Interfaces:
Internal : Company Internal interfaces will be with project manager, construction manager, technical manager and technical internal departments
ExternalContractors, Specialist vendors, suppliers. Regulatory authorities
Required Competencies:
Degree or any related engineering technology
Knowledge and experience of Construction and Production Operations in Oil and Gas processing, Utilities related systems.
The ability to work to the highest HSE standards, have a proactive approach to decision making, problem solving and analytical skills, and be a good team player.
Experience and knowledge of Multi Discipline International Construction sites.
Excellent English skills both written and spoken (additional language is an advantage)
The ability to lead, work with and coach local and International staff.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
